REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The items must be in resaleable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@dimensionvi.com. Let us know the items you wish to return and your reasons.

  2. All return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Provide the tracking link if possible or choose “signature on delivery” for confirmation if you need extra protection.
  3. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Note that the original shipping cost and return shipping costs are excluded from the refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you would like to add Extra Coverage or Signature Confirmation, please let us know BEFORE you place your order, so that we can update your shipping charges accordingly. There is no insurance included in standard shipping, USPS Parcel Select.

We make every effort to carefully pack each tooth squeezer, organizer, or custom label for safe transport. Any damaged, missing, or delayed shipment will need to be reported to USPS/UPS. We will do our best to provide the information needed to submit a claim. However, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items. We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS/UPS or by the customer (incorrect mailing address).

While we do aim to create the perfect tooth squeezer, organizer, and custom labels. There are some variations that may occur. We use a high-quality 3D printer for our products. However, imperfections can not be %100 avoided as there are several variations that can affect the cosmetic finishes to a product. We conduct calibration, troubleshooting, and test runs in order to find the best settings for our machines that produce the best quality print. Note cosmetic imperfections may appear on some of our products which do not affect the build and function of the product.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for product with cosmetic defects such as the following: under-extrusion, over-extrusion, gaps in top layers, gaps between infill and outline, seam lines on surface, curling or rough corners, scars on the top surface, gaps in floor corners, lines on the side of print, transparent top surface where infill can be seen, vibration, and ringing, gaps in thin walls. These are phenomenons that come with 3D printers. Get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, mystery items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to double-check your order before you process forward to the checkout page. If you made a mistake and would like a different color or different design (only applies to tooth squeezers) send us an email ASAP. That way, we can make the changes before we dispatch your order. Once it has been dispatched you will have to return the item and place a separate new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment methods. Understand, that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so allow up to 1-10 business days for the funds to return to your account.

Shipments with USPS
Our toothpaste squeezers are classified as letters and flats under the USPS shipping category for first-class shipping. This means it does not come with a tracking number by default. However, if you would like a tracking number. Please send us an email at
customerservice@dimensionvi.com requesting a tracking number. We will then add one to your order and adjust your billing amount with the amount USPS charges for the tracking number. A receipt will be provided as proof that a tracking number was purchased.
