All of our 3D printed products are made out of PLA.

At this moment we offer: White, Pink, Light & Dark Green, Light blue & purple. We plan to add more colors in the future. 

Yes, we also offer organizers for your utensils to keep your office space or desk clutter free.

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns at this moment. 

 

Sometimes our emails get send to the spam folder. Please double check  your junk mail and if you can’t find your order conformation email. Feel free to send us an email and we will resend the order confirmation to you asap.

We normally announce any major restocks on our social media platforms, so keep an eye out if the item you want is out of stock for now. 

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days and will be shipped with USPS or UPS. The actually delivery times will vary depending on which carrier and shipping method selected. 

Normally, express takes 1-15 business days (excluding processing time.) Standard shipping may take 1-14 days (excluding processing time). 

Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number or link with an estimated delivery date. 

Please note that delivery times on your package are estimate, not guaranteed. 

If you have not received your delivery during the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link for the shipment history. Note that we have no control of the delivery times, so if you have questions, contact USPS or UPS directly. If you package has been marked as delivered but as not arrived. Contact USPS or UPS directly for any inquiries, as they will have the most up to date information about the package itself. 

Yes! If your order has been dispatched yet, send us an email explaining the change you would like to be made and we will update your order. Note, only the following modifications are allowed.

For tooth squeezers: 

  • Change of color
  • Change of design, let us know what design you wish to switch and we will make the change for you.

For Organizers: 

  • Change of color only.

For Custom Text Labels

  • Change of color
  • Change of text or message

Note: No changes can be made to the quantity ordered. A new order will need to be placed. Please double check your order and make sure you have everything in your cart before processing to the check out page. 

If you’d like to change your shipping address before your order is processed, please send us an email ASAP and we will change it for you. Once it has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS or UPS directly to arrange a change in delivery address which they may charge a fee for.

  • Invalid shipping address-once we receive the package back, we may reship the package for an additional fee. Alternatively, we can process a refund for the items, excluding the original shipping cost. This would occur 23 hours after we have received the package back. Please allow time for the parcel to be retuned to sender.

Please make sure to double check your shipping address is correct-we cannot make any adjustments after the package are shipped. You may reach out directly to USPS or UPS for an updated address change, but they may charge a fee for the change. 

  •  Parcel not picked up-we are unable to offer a refund if you route your package to a locker and it has not been picked up. Once we have receive the return package, we can reship for an additional fee. 

Note that once we pay for your shipping, we don’t keep these funds. They go directly to USPS or UPS. As much as we try our best help out in situations, please understand that we cannot refund for mistakes that are out of our control. If they are our mistakes, we will definitely fix. Otherwise, understand we aren’t amazon. Thank you

 

Cancellations can be completed before shipment is dispatched. Contact us to arrange a cancellation as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, we will be unable to process a cancellation but we would be able to issue a refund after we receive the items back.  

If your package arrives damaged due to carrier issues. We can process a claim on your behalf. Please send us photos of the damaged item, packing and any other relevant information. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to USPS or UPS to submit a claim:

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition due to an oversight on our side, reach out to us right away. We will provide a refund, exchange to make it right. Make sure to provide photo evidence so that we can arrange a suitable replacement. 

Unfortunately, damages caused by weather conditions are not eligible for replacement or refunds. Ensure the products are not exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures above 200 degrees Fahrenheit. As this will degrade the performance and appearance of PLA. 

Unfortunately, chargebacks happen from time to time from people who scam small businesses. During this process; we submit extensive information through WooCommerce to your credit card company. One they determine the resolution, the party at fault will need to pay the amount owing plus a possible penalty fee. Please consider twice before issuing a chargeback, as you may be charged a penalty fee if it is deemed in our favor. Feel free to contact us to work our any issues, so that why both parties will need to waste time.

Yes, note that returns are only offered on products that are unopened and unused. We must receive the item back in the condition. If there any any issues that prevent the item from being resalable, it will not be eligible for a return.
